The Palmer Williams Group (PWG) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by former University of Alabama and NFL football players, David Palmer and Sherman Williams. Our mission is to provide youth development programs that guide disadvantaged youth to overcome interpersonal obstacles, embrace family values, pursue education and avoid life’s pitfalls.

We believe in a holistic approach to the psychological and physical development of preteens and teenagers. By nurturing both minds and bodies, we aim to reduce crime rates and address critical social concerns like childhood obesity. Our programs include physical fitness activities and nutritional counseling to foster healthier lifestyles for youth across America.
